As educators we believe that learning never ends and so we encourage all of our staff to continue to develop their skills both professionally and personally through our staff learning programme.
Support staff have the opportunity to take on new qualifications and are supported by the school in doing so. Teachers are encouraged to take two full courses as part of the 'Tuesday Training Programme' on offer, which includes teaching and learning pedagogy as well as conversational Spanish, photography and singing workshops.
Preparation for future career paths are supported through both the performance management system and the middle and senior leadership programmes. We also have an extensive support programme for Newly Qualified and Early Professional Development colleagues.
