The Diner is the in-house catering operation lead by our Catering Manager Justin Sercombe and our Kitchen Manager Sara Jones along with a team of seven catering assistants.
Along with operating catering at John Mason the kitchen also provides catering at Dunmore, Clifton Hampden, Kingfisher and Rush Common. With these schools, we vary from managing them to delivering their school lunches.
All menus are designed to the government nutritional standards with full allergen details. Menus are run on a three-week cycle. Meals are freshly prepared on site using Hedges as our local butcher.
We make every effort to keep prices as low as we can with no rises on our 2019/2020 tariff.
The Diner uses a Biometric fingerprint system as the school is cashless and parents and carers can easily top-up lunch accounts via Parentmail. This also enables parents and carers to see what their child is purchasing.
