JMF6 Virtual Open Evening 2021
Welcome to the JMF6 Virtual Open Evening.
In an ideal pandemic free world, we would like to have been giving you the chance to find out about JMF6’s outstanding provision in person. You would be invited to the school, get a chance to hear presentations from staff about subject choices and the exceptional Enrichment offer that supports the development of your child. However, we believe that the video presentations below manage to both give you all the valuable information you will need, as well as reflecting the energy, ethos and feel of the uniqueness of JMF6.
Our suggestion is that you watch the introduction video, and then with the Prospectus, choose and watch the subject presentations that you are interested in. The final presentations describe the non-curricular experiences of the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award and the Extended Project Qualification, two aspects that make JMF6 stand out amongst state school post 16 provision.
Perhaps most important of all though is to hear the current Student Presidents give their view from a student perspective, and know that this is what your son or daughter could be feeling in a years’ time.
We are sure that you will find this valuable, and a suitable replacement for an in person visit, and we hope that you have found out everything that you need. If you still have questions, then can you contact either myself or Jenny Cooke directly, at the following addresses:
Ed Duckham, Director of JMF6 educ4592@johnmason.oxon.sch.uk for enquiries about curriculum or enrichment.
Jenny Cooke, JMF6 Administrator jenny.cooke@johnmason.oxon.sch.uk for enquires around the admissions process.
